Return Policy
We hope you love our products as much as we do. In the event of dissatisfaction or damage, please email support@shopalterbio.com within 15 days of delivery, and put your order number in the subject line, along with images of damage or defective items.
Products still sealed within their original packaging are subject to inspection by our team for review. Full refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges for products are on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and in some cases, return shipping will be covered by the customer or deducted from the order. Please provide a note internally with your order number, name and email, or the original packing slip.
